California Proposition 65 Warning Declaration
California Proposition 65 (the safe drinking Water Enforcement Act of 1986) is a California law that requires businesses to provide a clear and reasonable warning before exposing individuals to products containing chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Align’s products are medical devices that are sold to professional healthcare practitioners. Align has determined that certain Align products contain one or more of the chemicals on the Prop 65 List.
