By providing your credit card number, you hereby authorize Align to automatically charge to the credit card you have provided any and all amounts due by Customer to Align. This includes both one-time charges, ongoing subscription charges, product purchases, shipping fees, taxes, repairs and maintenance, annual or monthly service renewal fees, annual or monthly service plan fees, if applicable, and any other periodic amounts as they become due. This authorization is effective as of the date you placed your Order with Align. Customer hereby represents and warrants that Customer is legally authorized to enter into this recurring credit card agreement with Align.

4. Are the sleeves sterile?
The sleeves are supplied non-sterile and are designed for use without the need for sterilization. The sleeves are manufactured in a controlled clean environment and comply with ISO 10993 Biocompatibility international standard.
5. Can the sleeves be reused if cleaned, disinfected, or sterilized?
The sleeves are for single use only. Do not reuse them. To avoid cross-contamination, it is essential to replace the iTero Element sleeve after each patient.
6. Do the sleeves have an expiration date?
Yes. It is indicated on the label of the package. Shelf life: 40 months from the manufacturing date.
7. Are the sleeves autoclavable?
The sleeves are not autoclavable.
8. Are the sleeves compatible with iTero™ NIRI technology (Near Infra-Red Imaging)?
Yes, the sleeves are compatible with iTero™ NIRI technology (Near Infra-Red Imaging).
9. How many sleeves are included per box?
Sleeve boxes contain 25 units, and full-barrier sleeve boxes contain 20 units.
10. How to dispose of the sleeves?
Please ensure the sleeves are disposed of in compliance with the standard operating procedures or regulatory guidelines for disposable or contaminated medical waste.
